This firm fixed price grant is available to MDH-accredited training programs that are either local or state government agencies, public colleges, state universities, or 501(c)(3) nonprofit social organizations. Awardees must maintain an operational office within Maryland and are required to recruit and train at least five Maryland-based CHWs per organization at no cost to the students. This is a subcontract opportunity under the NAICS code 334511, tied to the Naval Special Warfare Command within the Department of Defense, with a performance location in San Diego, California, ZIP 92155. The solicitation was posted on May 5, 2026, and responses are due by December 31, 2026, at 5:00 PM Eastern Time. While no set-aside designation or point of contact is specified, the nature of the requirement suggests a focus on advanced aerospace manufacturing capabilities with proven experience in military-grade UAS integration. Contractors must demonstrate technical precision, operational relevance, and the ability to deliver systems that meet the rigorous standards of special operations in austere maritime and urban terrain.
