Ground Penetrating Radar (GPR) and Accessories

The Department of War, Washington Headquarters Services, is issuing a Request for Information to identify qualified contractors capable of providing ground-penetrating radar systems and associated accessories, with the goal of informing future acquisition planning. This is not a solicitation for proposals or quotes, and no binding contract will result from responses. The requirement is scoped under NAICS Code 334511, and while small businesses certified under this code are encouraged to respond, all qualified entities are welcome to submit capabilities statements. Respondents must provide detailed information demonstrating their ability to meet the requirements outlined in the Performance Work Statement without simply repeating its language, along with a Rough Order of Magnitude cost estimate, company details including Cage Code and Unique Entity ID, business size classification, and any recommendations for improving the stated requirements. All submissions must be sent electronically to the designated points of contact no later than 5:00 P.M. EST on June 12, 2026, and are limited to five single-sided pages, single-spaced with an 11-point minimum font, excluding charts and graphics. Responses must be submitted as attachments and should include any applicable Federal Supply Schedules. The government will not pay for information received through this RFI, and failure to respond will not affect future eligibility for upcoming solicitations. No acquisition plan has been finalized, and responses will solely be used for market research to assess industry capacity and inform the development of a future procurement strategy.
