Delivery is FOB destination to the Portsmouth Naval Shipyard in Kittery, Maine, with inspection and acceptance performed at destination. Vendors must be registered in SAM and provide standard representations, certifications, and cybersecurity disclosures as required by federal regulations, including provisions related to covered defense telecommunications equipment. Invoicing will be conducted primarily through Wide Area Workflow (WAWF), and payment terms are Net 30 days after acceptance.
