Also included in this amendment 0003, in accordance with 52.215-1(d), Offer Expiration Date, offerors' proposals will be valid for ninety (90) days after the deadline for offers. Amend 0003 invites vendors to submit another round of questions in response to the information provided in amendment 0003.
