The Royal Canadian Mounted Police (RCMP) requires services for grounds maintenance and landscaping at the M Division Whitehorse Detachment/compound. The work covered under this Service Contract comprises the furnishing of all labor, materials, tools and equipment required to provide grounds maintenance and landscaping services at the M Division Whitehorse Detachment/compound when requested and as specified herein.
The contract period will be for one year from the date of contract with an irrevocable option to extend it for up to three additional one-year periods. The anticipated start date is April 1, 2024.
This procurement is subject to the Umbrella Final Agreement which encompasses 11 CLCAs in the Yukon. The affected agreement for the area in which the service will be provided:
• Ta'an Kwach'an First Nation
This procurement is reserved for beneficiaries of the following Comprehensive Land Claims Agreement (CLCA): Umbrella Final Agreement under 22.5.0 Contracting, paragraph 22.5.1.
