Base Period of performance for this requirement is Date of Award through 02/28/2027.
Option Period 1 for a twelve (12) month period 03/01/2027 through 02/29/2028.

Option Period 3 for a twelve (12) month period 03/01/2029 through 02/28/2030.

The Base Period start date is estimated to be a date 06/25/2026 through 07/01/2026. If there is a significant delay in awarding this contract, a shortened base period of performance may be utilized or an updated quote may be requested with a new 12-month base year and corresponding option years.

NOTE FOR 2026: The season for providing groundskeeping and landscaping services is April 1 through November 30 each year. In 2026, prior to Date of Award, only the grass was mowed during the months of April through June. The Contractor shall provide all services, with the exception of mowing, that were to have been performed in April, May or June 2026 within two (2) weeks of award or as negotiated by the Government Point of Contact. A site visit is recommended to develop an accurate quote.
