The requirement is for group aerobic classes at the Patrick Space Force Base Fitness Center in Florida, with performance to be conducted weekly Monday through Friday between 0500 and 2000 hours, not to exceed 500 classes per contract year across a base year and four optional years. All instructors must hold current American Red Cross or American Heart Association certifications in CPR, AED, and First Aid, maintain a neat appearance in compliance with base standards, and be registered in the System for Award Management with a valid Unique Entity ID and CAGE Code. The contractor must designate a contract manager and alternate, maintain liability insurance of at least $100,000 naming Patrick SFB, and ensure all instructors are trained on the fitness center’s emergency action plan and fully compliant with base access and security protocols, including obtaining proper identification passes.
