Full Description

The General Services Administration (GSA), Rocky Mountain Region 8 intends to acquire on a Sole Source basis to DCS Corporation for a six month extension contract for Research and Development Support Services to include research, development, integration, and testing required to support the battlefield integration Modeling and Simulation efforts defined by programs like Homeland Integrated Biosurveillance and Response Information Demonstration (HIBRID). DCS has specialized knowledge of the services required under this task order. Their staffing for these services is already in place and holds the unique skills that meet the mission. The resulting procurement will be issued against the established Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) for the Edgewood Chemical and Biological Center. THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE PROPOSALS/QUOTES. Responsible sources may submit a capability statement in response to this requirement, which shall be considered by the Agency. Capability statements must be received within three (3) calendar days after date of publication of this notice and shall include documentation on ability to satisfy the Government's requirements. A determination by the Government not to compete based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
