The federal government is seeking expressions of interest and competition for a continuing need for secured, structured parking for a minimum of 350 authorized federal government vehicles. Expressions of Interest may be submitted by the record owners of sites or authorized agents of such owners. The offered location must be accessible for government parking twenty four hours a day, seven days a week annually. Vehicles will be parking over night. Parking spaces shall be non tandem (no stacking) and capable of of accommodating full size passenger vehicles, utility vehicles and light trucks. The term is five (5) years. The government reserves the right to increase the parking use on a quarterly basis. The government reserves the right to decrease the parking use one time per year and annually. After the second year of the term, the government may reduce the parking use by 100 parking spaces or less.
