GSA awards a solution for licenses for an integrated, Federalized Talent Management SaaS solution that supports Federal Talent Management activities at GSA which includes the management and automation of classification, staffing, and candidate assessment functions to recruit, evaluate, refer, and onboard candidates for GSA's employee position vacancies. In addition, the solution would be used to offboard departing employees. The solution would provide GSA with the continuation of an automated SaaS solution as its Talent Management system that is integrated with USAJOBS in addition to intaking and sending data to/from other GSA systems and eventually providing information and documents to OPM's eOPF system. It must also meet Federal Information Technology (IT) and GSA security requirements and be compliant with all Federal hiring regulations. As part of licensing/subscribing to a SaaS solution, the solution provider must provide ongoing Operations and Maintenance of the solution, and deliver and implement new and improved functionality over time
