Remove and dispose of 400 gallon LP Air tank, manufactured by Quaker City Iron Works. Remove and dispose of approximately 40' of abandoned 1-1/2" copper line heading east from tank location. Modify 4" steel pipe that feeds existing tank and tie it into 3" copper line supplying B-77H perimeter manifold. Install a new isolation valve on the 4" line and modify pipe such that there is a new 36" aisle where tank is currently located. Install hangers/pipe supports for modified pipe and connection point. Also, re-feed the 1-1/2" copper line feeding B-756. Install a new isolation valve on the 1-1/2" copper line and retain existing quick connect on line. Add approximately six wall mounted pipe supports for existing 1-1/2" copper line so that line is properly supported. Piping shall be ASTM A53/A53M, Grade B carbon steel, Schedule 40, black. All pipes shall be painted with blue paint to match existing piping. All material shall be procured, installed, and tested per UFGS 43 15 00.00. All piping shall be considered Class D service and installed per ASME B31.3. Submit a bid option to perform work on a weekend. Customer requested start date October 5th.
