Georgia State University is issuing solicitation 50900-eRFP-002150-2027 to secure a qualified supplier for end-to-end video production services supporting MindfulHeal, a federally funded, web-based educational intervention for college students. The project requires the creation of approximately seven educational entertainment-style videos, each between two and five minutes long, addressing sensitive topics such as sexual violence, alcohol misuse, trauma, and mental health. The selected vendor must employ a trauma-informed approach and collaborate closely with GSU researchers and subject-matter experts to ensure content accuracy and alignment with behavioral objectives. All filming must be conducted at or near Georgia State University to minimize logistical costs, and all produced content remains the property of the university. The contract features an initial one-year term with four optional one-year renewals at the university's discretion. To be eligible for award, suppliers must meet mandatory pass/fail criteria, including the ability to deliver the full production lifecycle from scripting to final delivery and a commitment to respond to inquiries within three business days. Evaluation is based on the vendor's experience with young adult audiences and sensitive health topics, the qualifications of their core production team, and their proposed production approach. Interested suppliers must submit their proposals in PDF format by November 23, 2026, including required certifications regarding tax compliance, business size, and legal standing.
