The United States Property and Fiscal Officer (USPFO) for New Hampshire intends to issue an Invitation for Bids (IFB) to award a single firm-fixed-price contract for non-personal services. The work includes providing all plant, labor, transportation, materials, tools, equipment, appliances, and supervision necessary for the installation of guard rails at Pease Air National Guard Base, NH. Additionally, the project requires the demolition of existing pavement, installation of new ground fuels storage and dispensing 


The contract duration will be 45 calendar days after the notice to proceed. The magnitude of this project is between $250,000 and $500,000 in accordance with FAR 36.204(f). This action is being procured as a 100% Total Small Business Set-Aside. Only offers from small businesses for the NAICS code listed above will be accepted.


The tentative date for issuing the solicitation is on or about 13 May 2026. A pre-bid conference is tentatively planned for on or about 22 May 2026, with the specific time and location to be provided in the solicitation. A site visit will follow the pre-bid conference.
