Full Description
The U.S. Embassy in Guatemala requires the purchase of cables and accessories as detailed in the attached Statement of Work. The contractor shall deliver all required items and provide a firm fixed price. This price shall include all materials, shipping, and profit.
The equipment should be clean, new, not previously used and must be in optimal operating conditions and quality. If brand name is not used, technical specification sheets are required to be submitted prior to equipment approval and acceptance.
Offerors shall be registered in the SAM (System for Award Management) database at https://www.sam.gov prior to submittal of their offer/proposal as prescribed under FAR 4.1102. Failure to be registered at time of proposal submission shall deem the Offeror’s proposal to be considered non-responsive to the solicitation requirements and no further consideration will be given. Therefore, Offerors are highly encouraged to register immediately if they are interested in submitting a response to this requirement.
