This contract is subject to state contract compliance requirements, including nondiscrimination statutes and Spending Allocation Goal (set-aside) requirements enforced by the Connecticut Commission on Human Rights and Opportunities (“CHRO”). This contract is subject to Spending Allocation Goals for the award of portions of the state-funded work to subcontractors holding current certification from the Connecticut Department of Administrative Services (“DAS”) as Small Business Enterprises (“SBE”) and as Minority-, Women-, and/or Disabled-owned business enterprises (“M/W/DisBE”), as set forth in the bid documents. The contractor must demonstrate good faith efforts to meet the Spending Allocation Goals.
