Full Description

The North Texas Job Corps is soliciting proposals for the replacement of the center's gym floor. The gym floor is approximately 7,800 SF. This project will be coordinated with Project# GFAR051410-A (gym floor removal and asbestos abatement). This project will require moisture test of the slab prior to the installation of the new floor to verify that it will meet the flooring manufacturer's requirements/recommendations. Proposal selection will be based on: - 1) Price - 70% Appearance - 15% Durability - 15% Proposal packages will be available on May 26, 2010 and may be obtained by contacting Tim Accountius, Center Buyer via email (preferred) at contact@example.gov or by phone at +1 (555) 000-0000 or cell# +1 (555) 000-0000. There will be a Pre-Proposal Conference / Site Walkthrough held on May 27, 2010 at 2:30 p.m. CST.
