H--All Hazards Receipt Facility (AHRF) Screening Support

The United States Environmental Protection Agency (EPA), Region 9, plans to award a sole source purchase order to the California Department of Public Health (CDPH) for All Hazards Receipt Facility (AHRF) Screening Support related to Environmental Chemical Warfare Agent Analytical Capability. This contract is established under the Federal Acquisition Regulation's procedures for Other Than Full and Open Competition and Simplified Acquisition. The purpose is to support the EPA Region 9 Laboratory in developing the ability to screen unknown or potentially hazardous samples in advance of their transfer to the laboratory.
