There is no solicitation documentation available Under F.A.R Part 6.302-1. This is a notice of intent. The Southeast Louisiana Veterans Health Care System intends to negotiate a sole source firm fixed price contract base with four options years, with Sakura Finetek U.S.A., Inc 1750 West 214th Street Torrance, CA 90501 under the authority of F.A.R 6.302-1. Sole Source Justification has been prepared in support of this acquisition. The requirement(s) are as follows: Furnish all parts and labor to maintain equipment in accordance with Service Agreement Terms and Conditions. The equipment required consists of the following: VIP 5/5214 Tissue Processor and Prima/6130 Prima Stainer. The statutory authority for the sole source procurement is 41 U.S.C. 253(2) (E) (F) .The time for response has been determined in accordance with F.A.R 5.203(1) (b). Oral communications are not acceptable in response to this notice. Parties may identify their interest, and capability to respond to this requirement no later than October 12, 2011 @ 4:00 PM CST. Offers submitted past the appointed time shall not be considered. All information submitted should support the Offerors' capability to provide services required, and shall be provided at no cost to the Government. Responses must be in writing and must provide clear and concise documentation, indicating an Offerors' ability to meet the required services. Responses will be emailed to contact@example.gov verbal responses are not acceptable and will not be considered. Emails are shall not to be in excess of 5MB. Prospective Offerors shall complete electronic annual representations and certification at http://orca.bpn.gov, and shall be registered in the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) database at http://www.ccr.gov prior to award of a contract.
