1. Introduction
The U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service is seeking information from contractors capable of performing diagnostic evaluation and repair services for a Series 1800 Intralox Traveling Screen and Debris Conveyor System located at Pendills Creek National Fish Hatchery. The Government is conducting market research to identify contractors with demonstrated experience servicing Intralox systems or comparable industrial conveyor-based debris screening systems used in aquatic or water infrastructure environments.
2. Requirement Overview
The Series 1800 Intralox Traveling Screen and Debris Conveyor System is currently experiencing operational failure, including binding, abnormal wear, and uneven belt degradation. The system is critical to hatchery operations, supporting water intake filtration and debris removal for fish production.
The purpose of this requirement is to:
