Rewrap all damaged asbestos steam pipes in the two high bay hangar barrels for Building 201. This is on the north end of the hangar near the main road. There is loose insulation on the deck of the roof of the center lean-too and roadside lean-too of the hangar. This material needs to be HEPA-Vac'd by State of Maryland licensed technicians. All pipe elbows must be rewrapped and sealed to stop the release of asbestos fibers. All damaged sections of straight runs of pipe in both barrels must be rewrapped and sealed to stop the release of asbestos fibers. All safety issues need to be addressed with NAVFAC Safety.
