(H84) Provide ADA Reasonable Accommodations at CAD565, 30 and YORK-1816

In addition to below, include same type work at CAD 565- MSR 22614766 and CAD30- MSR 22616564 RRM 06.18.2025 - Just this facility, and future ones as requested by customer since only required if they hire someone requiring accommodations. They almost did at this location, which prompted this request. NAVFAC to provide entrance/exit, but not all doors. Will require site approval for any ramps required. Facility personnel are requesting a project to provide reasonable accommodations per ADA guidance for existing buildings that were built before current code. Reasonable accommodations are as follows: - Modifying equipment: Providing assistive technology, ergonomic keyboards, or specialized software. - Restructuring jobs: Allowing for modified work schedules, job sharing, or telecommuting. - Modifying work environment: Providing ramps, accessible restrooms, or ergonomic workstations. - Adjusting policies: Modifying leave policies, dress codes, or other workplace rules. Providing support services: Offering readers, interpreters, or personal assistants In this case the activity is requesting reasonable accommodations in the form of modifying equipment. This will include changing select doors and frames to ADA openings and providing automatic door openers on these selected doors. This project will also require adding a ramp to each altered door.
