The Department of Veterans Affairs, Network 10 Contracting Office, in accordance with FAR 13.106(b) - soliciting from a single source, intends to negotiate on a single source basis a one time purchase order with Duct Fabricators, Inc., 883 Addison Road Cleveland, Ohio 44103 USA, to provide Re-inspection of the Cleveland VA Fisher House 1 & 2 fire dampers at the Louis Stokes Cleveland VA Medical Center, 10701 East Blvd., Cleveland, OH 44106. NAICS Code is 541350, and Size Standard is $10,000,000.00. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals, solicitations, or request for offers. No solicitation package is available. A determination not to compete is solely within the discretion of the Government. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive quotes. No solicitation document is available. However, any firm that believes it can meet these requirements may give written notification to the Contracting Officer within five (5) business days from the date of publication of this synopsis.
