The scope of the contract includes the procurement of new systems, sustainment and engineering support, software and firmware development, and the provision of spare parts. Additionally, the agreement covers research into advanced techniques, prototype development for emerging technologies, system upgrades, and training and fielding support for Special Operations Forces.
