The U.S. Government is seeking a lease for hangar space within a defined delineated area in or near Alpine, Texas. The lease may commence as early as is feasible but no later than 16 December 2026. The lease will have an initial term of up to twelve (12) months with up to four (4) twelve (12) month lease option periods and thirty (30) day termination rights. Hangar space is a minimum of 14,000 square feet and maximum space of 15,000 square feet with a door height of at least 21 feet to store and maintain UH60 Blackhawk helicopters or other aircraft. Office space is desired up to 400 square feet if available. If office space is available, it must have air conditioning. The hangar and office require 24 hours, 7 days a week access. All access should be keyed. Outdoor parking must be available for a fuel truck and included in the lease. There should be parking spaces available for up to 25 civilian vehicles. Hangar must have internet access capability. Utilities & trash service should be included in the proposal price.  The hangar and any additional space must meet Government requirements per the terms of the Government Lease.  Interested respondents must be hangar/building owners and representatives of hangar/building owners with the exclusive right to represent the hangar/building owner.  Representatives of hangar/building owners must include the exclusivity agreement or other executed agreement, granting them the exclusive right to represent the hangar/building owner, with their response to this ad.
