UNICOR intends to enter into an Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract with one (1) base year and four (4) option years if exercised type contract for Hanging File Folder products for FCI Ashland KY, Forrest City AR, and Allenwood PA. Solicitation number is FN1399-14 and this solicitation is issued as a Request For Proposal. . The minimum delivery order quantity is $100.00 per delivery order and the maximum delivery order quantity is $15,000. Delivery lead time is 14 days for each delivery order. This is a Full and Open requirement.. NAICS code associated with this requirement is 332510. Offerors are advised that the Government intends to evaluate offers and award on a All or None basis.. All offerors must complete the Business Management questionnaire in Section L of solicitation document with three references. References must be for same or similar items. All Offerors must complete the ACH form and the SAM registration, which can be found on UNICOR's webpage at www.unicor.gov. Any offorer not registered on SAM will not be considered for award. . For email and fax proposals, 2 copies of an original proposal must be received by the contracting officer within 2 days of offer closing date and time. Offerors shall submit 2 copies of the written proposal. All offerors must acknowledge all amendments if any. Requirements for submission of samples will be listed in detail in the full solicitation. Offers received after the exact time and date specified will not be considered. The Government intends to award a contract resulting from this solicitation to the responsible offeror's whose offer represents the best value to the government. The following factors shall be used to evaluate proposals: List in order of importance: Adherence to specifications, Ability to meet Green Requirements, ISO certification, past performance and price. A written notice of award or acceptance of an offer will be mailed or otherwise furnished to the successful offeror within the time for acceptance specified in the offer, shall result in a binding contract without further action by either party.
