Full Description

The Air Force Life Cycle Management Center at Hanscom Air Force Base, AFLCMC/PZIA anticipates contracting for Architect & Engineering Services (Electrical/Mechanical) at Hanscom Air Force Base. The A&E shall perform any combination of the following: 1. A&E Design Services (Title IA Investigatory & Title IB Design). 2. Limited A&E Construction Supervision and Inspection (Title II) 3. Other A&E Services (investigations, studies, or assessments) The Government anticipates awarding a single award IDIQ contract to fulfill this requirement. The magnitude of this requirement is between $1,000,000.00 and $5,000,000.00. The anticipated term of this contract will include a five year ordering period. This solicitation is anticipated to be full and open competition under NAICS code 541330 (size standard: $15,000,000.00). This is not a request for proposals at this time.
