The Air Force Nuclear Weapons Center has a requirement for the Hardness Surveillance Electromagnetic Pulse Program (HSEP)
tesing services to support Minuteman III (MMIII) Intercontinental Ballisic Missile (ICBM) hardness surveillance and forecasing. HSEP services involve highly-specialized engineering, MMIII equipment and facility repairs and troubleshooting, site deposure and reposure, High-altitude Electromagnetic Pulse (HEMP) and Source Region Electromagnetic Pulse (SREMP) tesing, analysis, hardness forecasing, cybersecurity monitoring and documentation (satisfy Cybersecurity requirements in accordance with DoD Instruction (DoDI) 8510.01, Risk Management Framework (RMF) for DoD Information Technology.), oversight, management, and expertise. A qualifed, nuclear-certifed Contractor-Furnished high-energy pulser, supporting equipment, and qualifed cleared personnel are required to perform these services at various locations.
