C--Hart Bar Concrete Project

The Hart Bar Concrete Project is a small business set-aside solicitation issued by the Bureau of Land Management’s Oregon State Office under solicitation number 140L4326Q0086, aimed at awarding a firm-fixed-price construction contract for concrete work at the Hart’s Bar day use area near Plush, Oregon.
