Background The project includes all work to be performed at the Hastings Branch Library, located at 3325 Orange Grove Blvd., Pasadena, CA 91107, as detailed in the Construction Drawings, which will be provided prior to the mandatory job walk. The Contractor shall furnish all labor, materials, equipment, and related incidentals necessary to complete the construction in accordance with: City-approved Construction Drawings and the Consolidated Design Review documents Applicable State of California and City of Pasadena ordinances, codes, and regulations Project Specifications and drawings The Contractor shall perform all work in a professional and workmanlike manner.
