Hauling of Water Sludge and Screening Hauling Services

The City of Phoenix Water Services Department is soliciting bids under IFB-27-0445 for the hauling of dewatered sludge and sewage sludge from various water treatment plants, including 24th Street, Deer Valley, Val Vista, Union Hills, and Lake Pleasant, with future expansions planned for Cave Creek and North Gateway. The contract is for a five-year term beginning December 31, 2026, with no options for extension. Awarding will be based on an all-or-none basis for Groups 1 through 5 to the responsive and responsible offeror providing the lowest total evaluated price.
