The work includes removing existing pull stations, modifying associated raceways and wiring, reprogramming the Fire Alarm Control Panel (FACP), performing finish repairs, and ensuring all installations meet NFPA 72, ADA, and local Authority Having Jurisdiction standards. The contractor must deliver a comprehensive package of shop drawings, product data, NFPA 72 Record of Completion, as-built sketches, and a one-year written warranty, along with on-site staff orientation and full site cleanup. No replacement of the FACP is permitted, and all design deliverables become sole property of the government with waived intellectual property rights.
