TOWNSHIP OF HAVERFORD 1014 Darby Road Havertown, PA 19083 Sealed bids will be received by Haverford Township, via the PennBID Program (pennbid.bonfirehub.com) until 10:00 o'clock AM, prevailing time, on the 27 th day of May 2026, at which time and place they will be publicly read for: HAVERFORD TOWNSHIP 2026 ROAD PROGRAM CONTRACT NO. RP-3 All documents and solicitation details will be available and open to public inspection anytime online at PennBid (pennbid.bonfirehub.com) by clicking on the “Solicitations” and “View” tabs. The bidder who is awarded the contract will be required to pay a fee to PennBid TM. The names of those who have secured plans/specifications may be obtained at PennBid TM. Each bid must be accompanied by a certified check or bid bond payable to the Owner in an amount of not less than ten percent (10%) of the bid or bids. A performance bond or certified check in the amount of 100% of the contract shall be furnished by the successful bidder within 20 days after the contract is awarded. Only bonds from companies licensed to do business in the State where the Owner is located will be accepted and the bond shall so state same.
