Western Area Power Administration has a requierment for a contractor to provide all labor, materials, equipment, transportation and other resources to complete this project. The principal components of work include site development and drainage improvements. Installation of 115kV Government-furnished-equipment (GFE): power circuit breakers, disconnect switches, coupling capacitor voltage transformers and current transformers. Also required is providing grounding systems, bus system, conduit system, insulated conductor and cables, terminal boxes, outdoor lighting units, substation signs and a vertical pivot gate system, removal and disposal of existing foundations and providing foundation and anchor bolts for substation structures and electrical equipment, providing galvanized steel structures, cable trench, gravel surfacing, chain link fence and gate. The estimated construction magnitude of this project is between $1,000,000 and $5,000,000. All work is to be completed within 270 days from issuance of the Notice to Proceed.
