The Office of National Marine Sanctuaries requires one new and unused NOAA Class II research vessel for operations supporting Papahānaumokuākea National Marine Sanctuary.  The vessel will be based in Oahu, HI, and will carry science and dive parties of up to nine people total.  The vessel will conduct the following missions: Dive Training and Proficiency, Emergency Response, Acoustic Studies, Whale Entanglement Response, Vessel Inspections, Partner Missions, Baseline Data Collections, and Specimen Collections. 


All questions shall be submitted via email to the Contracting Officer and Contract Specialist no later than Monday, August 24th at 12:00 PM Eastern Time. Please refer to the attached solicitation and statement of work for additional details.
