This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial products or commercial services prepared in accordance with part 12. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. Quotes are being requested and a separate written solicitation will not be issued.
Solicitation number1333MF26Q0040 is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ), for comprehensive technical assistance for waste
characterization, inventorying, lab-packing, packaging, labeling, manifesting, transportation, and final disposal of hazardous, non-hazardous, bio-hazardous, universal waste, and used oil across two distinct NEFSC facility locations.
This acquisition is set-aside for small business concerns. The associated NAICS code is 562111 or 562112. The small business size standard is $47 million.
The Government intends to award a low priced, technically acceptable, single award firm fixed-price purchase order on an all basis.
