Contractor shall furnish all labor, equipment, supplies and materials required to test, identify, and reduce contamination; neutralize waste; and remove, transport, and legally dispose of waste substances and other waste materials generated at the District 03 Caltrans Maintenance Facilities, or other sites designated by Caltrans Contract Manager within the District. 2.
