(iii) Comprehensive hazardous waste disposal services for the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA), Atlantic Oceanographic and Meteorological Laboratory (AOML). The contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, supplies, transportation, and supervision necessary to safely and legally categorize, package, label, and dispose of various hazardous waste materials, used batteries, light bulbs, and waste oil.
