The Administration for Strategic Preparedness and Response (ASPR), Division of Health and Human Services Coordination Operations and Response Element (H-CORE) is seeking capable sources to provide receipt, inventory, temporary storage, pick and pack, distribution, and disposal of pharmaceuticals and ancillary medical supplies on an as needed basis. The H-CORE is enhancing operational capabilities for ASPR, and its sub organizations to respond to future emergency response events. It needs the capability through a Third-Party Logistics Vendor to rapidly distribute pharmaceutical products (Vaccines and Therapeutics) and related Ancillary Medical Supplies (Needles, Syringes, Personal Protective Equipment) on a regional or localized basis to prevent further spread of Public Health Emergencies and or treat the infected population. Pharmaceutical products and ancillary Supplies may come from Government stockpile or directly from manufacturers and require distribution through the contractor's network to multiple healthcare facilities or providers administering the countermeasure.
