The Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS), Center for Program Integrity has a need to acquire analytic support and a technical solution for the Trusted Third Party (TTP) program. To satisfy this need, CMS launched the Healthcare Fraud Prevention Partnership (HFPP) with the Department of Health and Human Services (HHS) Office of the Inspector General (OIG), Department of Justice (DOJ), Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI), private health insurance companies, state and local agencies, and other healthcare and anti-fraud groups and associations. The Contractor shall support all aspects of the HFPP, following all requirements set forth by Congress through the Consolidated Appropriations Act, 2021 (CAA). The partnership requires the services of a Trusted Third Party (TTP) to support the HFPP with the analytic and management ability to exchange healthcare fraud, waste, and abuse data and identify innovative measures to detect and prevent healthcare fraud, waste, and abuse.
