The Town of Chester is seeking bids for the purchase of #2 Heating Oil and Propane (LPG) for the period starting October 1, 2026, through September 30, 2027, or other acceptable timeframe used for this process. If your company can supply these products, the Town of Chester would appreciate receiving a proposal for the cost of any or all these items with a breakdown for each item. All options, capped, fixed and / or rack + pricing would be appreciated. All bids should include:start and end dates of contractprice per gallon of heating oil both inside and outside of contract periodprice per gallon of propane both inside and outside of contract periodwillingness to offer contract price to Town employees, or inability to do so Please submit bids to the Town of Chester, 84 Chester Street, Chester, NH 03036 Attention: Angela Wesson, in an envelope clearly marked “FUEL BID”, or by email to AWesson@ChesterNH.org.
