The tasks also include exposing and subsequent backfilling underground services for emergency or maintenance repairs, or both, to infrastructure as well as other grounds work.Deliverables: The Contractor must provide all labour, including licensed heavy equipment operators, tools, supplies and equipment, including heavy equipment, to perform the work.
