Riverside Transit Agency (RTA) invites bids from qualified contractors to complete a slurry seal and striping project of approximately 86 existing parking spaces at the Agency’s Hemet facility located at 700 Scaramella Circle. In addition, the project will convert a 34,000 square foot concrete bus parking lot into approximately 50 new employee parking spaces. Prospective bidders shall possess a state of California Class A or B and/or C-32 Parking and Highway Improvement contractor’s license to meet the requirements of the project. This is a prevailing wage project; therefore, the contractor and any subcontractors must be registered with the State of California Department of Industrial Relations at the time of bid submittal. RTA anticipates an award of a firm-fixed priced contract and is estimated to be awarded in November 2025.
