The contract is for the procurement of a HEMOX Analyzer Model D (Item D-7800) and associated analytical software, along with on-site installation, end-user training, and four option years of annual preventative maintenance services, all to support blood oxygen equilibrium curve analysis for the Naval Medical Research Unit in Fort Sam Houston, Texas. The equipment must meet specific technical specifications including a dual-wavelength filter photometer, internal heating to 37°C, ability to analyze as little as 2 µL of blood, and compatibility with HEMOX Analytical Software version 3.0.
