Please read the scope of work to ensure you have a complete understanding of the requirements of this work.The Commonwealth of Pennsylvania on behalf of the Department of Labor and Industry (DLI), Office of Vocational Rehabilitation (OVR), Commonwealth Technical Institute (CTI) located at the Hiram G Andrews Center 727 Goucher Street, Johnstown, PA 15905 is issuing this solicitation for non perishable and perishable foods for the period of February 1, 2026-April 30, 2026.This is for the purchase of perishable foods, for the students and teachers of the Commonwealth Tech. Institute located at the Hiram G Andrews Center. CTI will coordinate delivery with the vendor.Estimated Quantities: It shall be understood and agreed that any quantities listed in the Contract are estimated only and may be increased or decreased in accordance with the actual requirements of the Commonwealth and that the Commonwealth in accepting any bid or portion thereof, contracts only and agrees to purchase only the materials and services in such quantities as represent the actual requirements of the Commonwealth.
