Sources Sought Notice - Integrated Multi-Channel Analyzer (MCA) -- LYNX-II DIGITAL SIGNAL ANALYZERThe U.S. Government, through the U.S. Military Academy at West Point, NY, is seeking information from small businesses regarding the potential procurement of an Integrated Multi-Channel Analyzer (MCA) — specifically the LYNX-II DIGITAL SIGNAL ANALYZER — under a total small business set-aside. This notice is strictly for market research and planning purposes and does not constitute a solicitation, request for proposal, or any commitment to award a contract. The requirement is targeted toward small businesses, including those certified under 8(a), SDB, HUBZone, SDVOSB, and WOSB programs, with the NAICS code 334515 and a size standard of 750 employees. The Government will only proceed with a set-aside if two or more qualified small businesses respond with sufficient information demonstrating their capability to meet the requirement at a fair market price. Responses are due by June 26, 2026, and must be submitted to Leslie Duron at the specified email address with the sources sought notice ID included in the subject line. The MCA must feature DSP-based pulse processing with 32,000 channel spectral memory, support for Ethernet and USB interfaces, and include operational modes such as PHA, MCS, multispectral scaling, and time-stamped list. It must also have advanced digital controls for auto pole/zero, baseline restoration, and stabilization, along with an integrated web server requiring Genie V3.4 or greater for full functionality. Respondents are asked to provide their business details, including certification status, DUNS and CAGE codes, whether they intend to compete as a prime or subcontractor, previous relevant experience, pricing and commercial availability data, delivery terms, and recommendations for improving the acquisition approach to enhance small business participation. Respondents are also encouraged to identify any aspects of the requirement that may unnecessarily restrict competition and to suggest modifications to the specifications or approach. No payments will be made for responses, submission does not guarantee future opportunity, and failure to respond will not preclude future participation if a solicitation is issued. All future solicitation details will be posted on the Governmentwide Point of Entry.

Megger Primary Injection Test Kit - USACE Nashville DistrictThe U.S. Army Corps of Engineers Nashville District is conducting a market research effort through a Request for Information (RFI) focused on the procurement of a Megger Primary Injection Test Kit, with the goal of assessing industry interest and capabilities ahead of a potential future solicitation. This notice is strictly for planning purposes and does not represent a solicitation, nor does it obligate the government to issue a contract or pay for any information submitted. The requirement is for a specific brand-name product—the Megger SPI500-N0A with booster, lead sets, STVI-10 interface, transport case, parallel bars, and associated cables—intended for delivery to Nickajack Lock in Jasper, Tennessee. The anticipated contract type is Firm Fixed-Price, and the NAICS code is 334515 for Switchgear and Switchboard Apparatus Manufacturing with a 750-employee small business size standard. The government is seeking responses only from entities capable of supplying the exact Megger-branded equipment and is particularly interested in identifying qualified small businesses, including those under subsets like 8(a), HUBZone, SDVOSB, or WOSB. Respondents must provide their firm name, address, point of contact details, CAGE and UEI codes, and confirm whether they are an authorized Megger distributor with the ability to supply the full listed kit. They are also asked to indicate if they qualify as a small business under the specified NAICS code or another applicable NAICS, whether they recommend a different classification, and whether they anticipate submitting a quote if a solicitation is issued. Responses must be submitted via email to the designated points of contact no later than 1:00 PM Central Time on Wednesday, July 1, 2026. The government emphasizes that the specifications listed are subject to change and that no proprietary information should be included. This RFI is part of a total small business set-aside planning effort under the Revolutionary FAR Overhaul, and the outcome will inform whether and how a future competitive procurement will be structured.
