High Angle Precision Rifle Ballistics Training

This contract, identified by solicitation number FA527026Q0017, is a firm fixed-price commercial service contract for advanced sniper training focused on high-angle precision rifle ballistics, to be conducted over five days from 24 to 28 August 2026 in the vicinity of Pollock, Idaho. The training is intended for eight personnel and requires the Contractor to provide all personnel, equipment, facilities, transportation, housing, meals, range infrastructure including 400+ steel targets with 360-degree capability, classroom space, and logistical support except for government-furnished items. The performance site must meet specific environmental conditions with elevations exceeding 6,500 feet and elevation changes of at least 3,000 feet to support extreme long-range shooting under high-wind conditions, and the location must remain within 330 miles of Joint Base Lewis-McChord for ammunition logistics. The contract is structured as a non-personal services agreement, meaning contractor personnel are not subject to government supervision or control, and the Contractor is solely accountable for the performance of its own staff and any subcontractors.
