Full Description
The U.S. Naval Research Laboratory (NRL) intends to award a bridge action by modifying current Task Order N0017321F2015, High Assurance Computer Systems Security, with Arcfield on a sole source basis pursuant to 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1) and FAR 6.103-1, Only One Responsible Source and No Other Supplies or Services will Satisfy Agency Requirements.
Task Order (TO) N0017321F2015 was awarded to provide comprehensive scientific, engineering, technical, and project management support to the Naval Research Laboratory's (NRL) Center for High Assurance Computer Systems (CHACS), Code 5540. The purpose of this modification is to provide continuity of specialized services in the creation of prototypes for cybersecurity and vulnerability analysis, development of high-assurance cryptographic systems, building of sensor and communication platforms, and analysis of new security protocols to support Navy, DoW (Department of War), and Intelligence Community priorities.
The contract performance period will be extended for six (6) months for a revised and estimated period of performance of 24 September 2026 through 23 March 2027.
