Delivery is required to Abilene, Texas, and the unit price must include all shipping and transfer costs. Proposals are due by 4:00 PM CDT on November 6, 2026, and must be submitted both electronically in PDF and Excel formats and as two bound hard copies. Key requirements include the use of in-house engineers, English language proficiency, and the ability to provide local sales support in the Southeast United States. Financial and legal protections include a 5 percent bid deposit, a 100 percent performance bond, and a warranty bond required for the final 15 percent payment. Payment is contingent upon the submission of applications for payment, partial lien waivers, and a final certificate confirming the equipment is free of all encumbrances.
