Special Instructions: Home is a 1-bed, 1 bath pier and beam frame home approx. 1000 sq. ft. All prospective contractors are required to visit the project site before submitting a bid. Change orders due to conditions that could have been identified during the site visit will not be considered or approved. All work done must meet or exceed the 2019 IRC. All applicable licenses apply. It is highly recommended contractor view the job before bidding. The contractor is responsible for all line locates and permits required. Contractor will be responsible for cleanup and removal of all waste and repair yard back to mowing condition. Homeowner/Property Manager will select any/all colors used for the job. Vinyl Siding: On the northwest corner of the home, there is a small section of wall that needs to be repaired and replaced with new vinyl siding to match the existing siding in color and style
Insulation: Install new batt insulation in the repaired wall
General Contractor: Repair the wall back with 2x4s and install 7/16" OSB and house wrap on that before the vinyl siding is installed
