Scope: The City of Santa Ana (City) is seeking proposals from qualified firms and organizations (Proposers) to install holiday decorations in various areas of the City, mainly Downtown Santa Ana and surrounding areas, and then remove, and store holiday decorations owned by the City at an offsite a location provided by the Proposer. Locations for decorations are throughout Downtown Santa Ana (DTSA) and are as follows:
• 4th Street between Mortimer & Ross Street • 3rd Street between Mortimer & Ross Street • Plaza Calle Cuatro • Second Street Promenade, 2nd & Broadway • Skyline at 5th & Spurgeon (parking structure) • Other locations as recommended by the contractor
Additional locations where the awarded Proposer may be required to decorate during the holiday season shall include, but are not limited to:
• The City of Santa Ana City Hall • City of Santa Ana, Bristol & 1st Street • Santa Ana Regional Transportation Center
The City reserves the right to add or remove locations for decorations to accommodate budget. The term “Vendor”, “Proposer”, “Firm”, “Consultant”, and “Contractor” shall refer to any legal entity or entities submitting a proposal in response to this Request for Proposals (RFP).
Notes: All required sections and forms must be completed and submitted via PlanetBids in order for the bid / proposal to be considered responsive.
